Recipe available at cookingandcrafting.weebly.com I should have have cooked this a little longer (10 minutes more) as some of the bits hadn’t cooked all the way through. The flavor was TO DIE FOR. I look forward to trying other citrusy flavors. Also of note, I went to a Brazilian BBQ once and their rice was awesome. I believe it is nothing more than rice with oil and garlic.
