This is more about the butter than anything, so I focus on it. While I prepared this for the steak, I used it tonight on an Italian bread and all I can say is oh.mah.gah. This is a great butter. I used it also to dip my bread in. Nom. I found it here: cjscravings.blogspot.com 1 stick of butter 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 tbsp cilantro Montreal Steak Seasoning NY Strip steaks Soften butter. Mince garlic and cilantro. Mix with hand mixer until well mixed. Slather over cooked steaks. Let sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
