@jolll00 Wrong! you can chop cilantro as finely as you please. If your cilantro turns black it’s because your knife isn’t sharp enough. that is the same for basil and mint

Wrooong! The cilantro must not be chopped that much! It has tu be chopped once! The first “cut” must chop the cilantro perfectly, otherwise, the cilantro turns “black”!!

Thanks for this video! In the past, I have picked each individual leaf off before chopping, and this has deterred me from using it due to the time it takes. Now I know it’s proper to eat the stems!
